## What is Narcolepsy?

Living with narcolepsy means the day can turn heavy without warning. This app helps you stay ahead of it.

It learns from your logged episodes when you're most likely to get drowsy during the day, and combines that pattern with live signals from Apple Watch (heart-rate variability, heart rate, sleep, daylight and activity) to estimate your current drowsiness risk — and warn you before a high-risk window.

What you can do:
See your live drowsiness risk — with a breakdown of why it's rising or falling
Get an early warning before your predicted high-risk times
Log sleep attacks, microsleeps, cataplexy and more in seconds
Keep a clinical sleep diary — bedtime, sleep onset, awakenings, efficiency — auto-filled from Apple Watch sleep
Track medications, including extended-release, with reminders and an intake planner
Plan smart power-naps right before your dips
Driving mode: tighter monitoring, earlier warnings and break reminders
Export a clear report for your doctor
Practical guides for everyday life with narcolepsy

Private by design:
Your data stays on your device. The model runs entirely on iPhone.

Important:
This app is a self-tracking and organization tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide a medical diagnosis. Risk estimates are guidance based on self-observation and wearable data — not a substitute for professional medical advice. Never rely on the app alone for decisions about driving or treatment; always consult your doctor.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.1.2 — 2026-08-26

• Medications: pick the strength from a list (e.g. Ritalin LA 10/20/30/40 mg). The amount you actually take now feeds into the risk estimate.
• Night-time sleep is no longer mistaken for daytime naps — this was skewing the daily curve.
• Broken nights are rated more honestly: frequent awakenings now count, not just how long you slept.
• Log naps with a fall-asleep and wake-up time, including sleeps longer than two hours.
• New nap timer: tap when you lie down, tap again when you wake — the app records the rest.
• No more nap suggestions close to bedtime.

### 1.1.1 — 2026-08-19
