The + button issue on iPhone 14 Pro Max is fixed in the latest update. Please update the app and it should work. If you still have any problems, email me at support@usenarrative.ai and I’ll sort it out personally. — Erik, founder ### 3/5 — Pay for use *2026-10-05* Good app idea, just in my opinion should have a way to get credits without paying or using a free trial. Stuff such as daily logins to entice users to come back for a reward or referrals to grow the app or just posting a story on social media about the app are some nice ways to implement this rewards system. ### 1/5 — DO NOT DOWNLOAD *2026-10-05* It costs money to even use the app, expensive too ### 1/5 — Don’t think it’s free *2026-10-03* After downloading and filling in the stuff I see a premium option but I don’t want to pay so I click the little X in the corner thinking I will just get the regular version but when I go to create a video I have to pay. Don’t download not worth it **Developer response:** Hi, thanks for the honest feedback and sorry for the confusion. You're right that creating videos currently requires a subscription, and we should have made that clearer before you went through setup. We're fixing the onboarding so that's obvious upfront. If you'd like to try it properly, email erik@usenarrative.ai and I'll set you up with a free trial. — Erik, founder ### 5/5 — Edited a great video in minutes! *2026-09-30* Narrative makes it as simple as possible to pick videos on a iPhone and then prompt for a new, fully edited video to be created. Works great including adding music and smooth cuts from multiple sources! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — To much Adds of the Abo *2026-10-14* I cant Even Click it Away ### 1/5 — I hate this all *2026-10-13* Bro literally say free in Instagram I install app appear free I click and 100$ for s subscription this app is suck ### 1/5 — Annoying *2026-10-12* Absolutely terrible it was alright when i had a free trial but then everything js did not work ### 1/5 — Idk *2026-10-12* U should make it free , just like capcut , when u subscribe u can get more tools and stuff but dont make it BUY to use ### 1/5 — Payant *2026-10-11* Le concept de l'app est bien mais c'est payant ### 1/5 — He go *2026-10-11* It is not free ### 1/5 — It says I have to pay for this *2026-10-11* this I just so bun you have to pay for it.. ### 1/5 — Dont install this *2026-10-11* This app is filled with subscriptions and you cannot even make a edit without paying for it and this app may take you data ### 1/5 — Good Concept Poor Execution *2026-10-10* Got the free trial and enjoyed it until everything started to break and couldn’t export a simple video and the app would just crash.
