I was really surprised/confused to see the update had changed so much. I really enjoyed the simple layout & graphics. It was extremely easy to use & understand. The update & name change has made it hard to get used to. In my opinion, it’s a lot less visually appealing as well. I wish there was an option to go back to the old version. It’s been difficult trying to use it lately, & I don’t think it should’ve changed this much when people have been using it fine for years & have paid for lifetime subscriptions. ### 2/5 — Payed for subscription and nothing happened *2026-04-13* I been using this app through the past couple years and I been trying to buy the subscription and I keep getting a error. I spend 30 minutes adding Time date photos all the information needed to track sales just for it to tell me to buy premium to continue ### 5/5 — Love it *2024-08-18* I am very happy with this app because it helps me organize everything in my small business. I was looking for something like this for a long time. I do wish, however, that it allowed users to upload photos of the products offered and the ones delivered to customers. Please consider adding this feature. Now everything seems clunky and extra unneeded steps. The update really wasn’t needed and it really ruined this app. It also doesn’t save some work sometimes. Should’ve left the app alone it was perfect before. ### 1/5 — Just got even worse with update *2026-05-18* They never actually used to app they developed, all kinds of bugs. Systems always gonna set date range you want back to default no matter what you do. Absolutely frustrating to use **Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback, Jack. Custom Range was added back in the latest update, so you can now pick any start and end date on the Dashboard. The range does reset to the default when you reopen the screen, which is intentional for now, but we hear you on that. More improvements still coming. Liz Narvata Support ### 1/5 — App not working anymore *2026-02-24* The app’s name change caused issues. I couldn’t add customer names to sales; I could only sell based on products. When I tried to choose a customer, the app crashed. The latest update made the app unusable; it crashes when I try to enter it. I tried contacting support via the website for weeks but received an error message saying, “We’re sorry, there was an error submitting the form. I went in and corrected them all individually when it happened the first time. The second time, I just quit using it. It was hours to figure out who was who the first time. Of course, NO response from customer service the several times I tried to contact them. I would expect that from a $.99 cent app, but not $29.99. Unfortunately, after the recent update/name change, the app crashes immediately when I try to open it and will not load at all. I’ve already tried reinstalling the app multiple times, but the issue continues on both my iPhone and iPad. Right now the app is completely unusable and all of my business data is stored in it, so this is very concerning. I would really appreciate any guidance or a fix as soon as possible. As a one time fee, yes. But yearly fee, no. --- Original Review --- I have been looking for a sales tracker exactly like this! Especially because it is so detailed with client tracking as well! For months I have been searching and everything I have come across is either bloated with so many unnecessary features and/or ridiculously expensive. It only took me about an hour trying this out to be sold on upgrading to premium for $29/yr which I was happy to do! I appreciate a yearly one time fee versus subscription and it doesn't automatically renew. So you have the choice of renewing on your own. Well worth it and I am so happy! I am a small business owner and this app is simple, yet so detailed. Works on both iPhone and iPad! I have it downloaded on both and it is syncing with no issues. Visually it's very appealing too. I will be spending all of today adding all my sales and client information that I have thus far. Again, I am truly grateful for this app and glad I stumbled across it.
