Worst bank to have a loan with *2025-02-25* Years of zero missed payment and this only time I reached out to them because I had a loss in my family and I have spent a lot in medical bills, they couldn’t assist with even one month extension. Literally all my banks and credit cards were able to assist by extending my due date with no penalty fees. The only bank that said “sorry we have no option, if you do not pay by Friday, we will have to report you to the credit bureaus. I will work hard and in 3 months will refinance with another bank. It constantly removes my Face ID authorization forcing me to enter my password again. 2. It is IMPOSSIBLE to reset your password on here. I’ve triple-checked the info I’ve entered to reset password and always receive an error. I then have to call customer service to reset and they’re only open 8-5.
