When I ram another vehicle from behind it barely makes a difference to that vehicles racing line. I would also appreciate it if the wrecks could sometimes involve a car barrel rolling into other cars and wrecks being more dramatic than two cars hitting a wall without deforming in any way. ### 3/5 — Fun for what it is *2024-11-12* So I’ve been playing this for a couple of months, and I completed all the races and upgraded all the facilities. Now, you can buy some cars with money, but the ones you really want cost gold coins, which you can possibly win for free if you get the top 5 in a race. This will cause you to really grind to farm the coins so you can buy the cars that are most popular. A recent problem I discovered was you can “over populate” your garage by buys too many cars. I had millions of dollars saved up in the game because I had nothing else to upgrade. Once I purchased all the cars you can buy with “cash,” I went to check my inventory and noticed every time I select a car for the 2020 seasons, the game would crash. In other words, all the cars I purchased or earned through collecting gold coins are no longer available which is very frustrating. This game is a decent time killer and the challenges are good, but little details about this game, mainly the in-game purchasing system is frustrating. For a pretty much free game, it’s okay. ### 4/5 — Problems *2024-10-28* One of the problems is I want to race more than 3-4 laps. Second I’ve got my original car fully updated made the mistake of buying a car now I can’t go back. Three. All the drafting. I know how to draft now. Move on. Four I don’t mind spending money on game but prices are out of control. Ty ### 4/5 — Good *2024-09-18* I like it ### 2/5 — not a nascar game, can’t express how frustrating it is *2024-06-10* one of the things is that i wish you could have is ACTUAL RACING. you can’t bump at the race because nobody moves and you just blow by the entire field. i also wish there can be an online race. also, please fix the issue on short tracks. every time i race at bristol and martinsville on a restart, i can’t control and it sends me straight into the wall. it’s seriously annoying when you go from 10th to 30th in one corner. also, why are you only giving me 5 chances to race every hour? the few times i actually feel like i want to play this game i run out so fast. it’s not fun enough, so you might as well just give you unlimited races. plus, they haven’t updated it in FOREVER! it’s still the 2022 schemes and like the 2019 tracks. there’s so many good tracks that haven’t been added to the game. it’s just a failed version of heat 4 and 5 and the lack of actual racing makes me never play this game. i know you people never look at this stuff but i wish you would because this would make it way better (or actually playable). ### 3/5 — Broken in all of the right ways *2024-06-01* I want to start with: This game is incredibly frustrating. At first. The in-app purchases system is completely broken. Luckily, I only spent a few $ trying out their subscription service, which gave me nothing at all. Cars are prohibitively expensive, and upgrades hardly seem to make a difference. I managed to save enough gold for a top-tier car, only to struggle as if I used my default one. The Fan Zone system is functionally useless. Besides providing minimal bonuses and some passive pennies, space comes at a premium, and you can’t alter your placements. The challenges also get a bit silly. You have to draft for THOUSANDS of consecutive feet and also podium by the end of it. All this being said, this game is loads of fun. If you prioritize your passive income, funds for upgrades and low-tier cars come surprisingly quickly. The upgrades’ effects are enough to give you an edge, but realistically, you just have to get better at driving the car. The Fan Zone is stupid but the 10% off build times and prices helps once you get into the groove of things. Lastly, the challenges become fun once you get good at driving. Another small detail that adds to the experience is that the game doesn't turn off your music when you race. It adds some spice to the drive, which I thought was cool. Super broken game but super fun if you’re smart! ### 4/5 — It’s great but there’s lots of opportunities *2024-05-27* I like the idea of a compact version of nascar heat, but there are things to be added. I would like to see more tracks like mid-Ohio or road America. I would also like to see qualifying added, along with a season mode or free race mode or championship mode. It would be really fun, a paint booth would also be fun. I would also remove challenges from the races and save them for a challenge mode, and add more settings to the settings, like difficulty, race length, field size, tire and fuel consumption, damage, etc. I would also add if you would like slot mode, which is what nascar rush does but add multiple lanes that intersect into each other. Also make the prizes more, like if you win the Daytona 500 you get $10,000 instead of $3,000, also instead of 5 gas cans, do 10 gas cans. Finally you should win special prize for completing challenges like paint schemes or gold coins. In one race, 4 laps, 8 miles, 42k feet, I had to draft for 38k feet. One yellow flag and I lose. There’s no season mode. Your engine taps out at a speed where drafting doesn’t help out at all. I don’t think the designers actually understood car racing. ### 4/5 — Stock Cars *2023-04-11* NASCAR heat is a great game overall I’ve really enjoyed playing the game as you start competing in the championship series with real life race drivers and the stock cars are some of the most realistic ones I’ve seen. ### 4/5 — One thing that needs changing… *2023-01-19, version 4.26.3* This game is very fun and well designed for a mobile game, but there are a few problems, most of them because it’s what you’d expect from a mobile game. There’s one in particular that I recently came across and decided I should point out for anyone who wants to play this game. When you buy something, it doesn’t say, “Are you sure you would like to make this purchase?” I know this doesn’t seem like a big problem, but if you think about it, that warning that you’re about to buy something is beneficial in many ways. Say, for example, your just scrolling through the car shop in the game when suddenly your thumb slips and you accidentally buy a car you didn’t care for worth 150 gold when you were still saving up for an epic car worth 200 gold. You just lost a huge portion of your hard earned gold, and for all you who haven’t played this yet, gold is really tough to get on your own. I was saving up for one of the best cars in the game and I got a notification that one of my car’s upgrades were complete. Then I accidentally tapped the button that makes the time for upgrades shorter, which cost maybe 60 gold, and, well, you know the rest of the story… My point is that this should be changed and that the purchase warning is really worth it. Now, when I win or buy a new car, I cannot load it. I was given the option that for 6.99 or 75% off I could purchase the car for 50 gold. So I did, I can see that I own it, but I can not select / equip it to race it just defaults to the original car. Please help me or I want my money back ### 1/5 — Fun for a few minutes, until you realize you aren’t racing. *2023-06-23* This game is a blast for a few minutes but they have got to find a way to make it so you’re actually “driving” the car. Even with all the assists off you can never get remotely close to winning. The car seems to brake by itself in set sections to screw you over. This happens no matter what track layout. Winning is absolutely possible in a level 1 car but they make it impossible with this. Touch the apron by an inch and the car slows down way too abruptly. I get that’s for cheating but make it far less obvious. Steering is jumpy and tilt felt more secure. Upgrades are attainable without purchases but you have to buy everything else like pro cars. Ads are expected because it’s a free game, they gotta make money somehow, but they often bugged out and broke the game. I don’t mind sitting through them if they’re worth it, but it didn’t seem so for the rewards and time amount. As a fan we’ll probably never get any good side games for Nascar, this just proves it further. Don’t waste your time, there are better mobile racing games. ### 1/5 — TRASH GAME (read this) 100% true *2022-06-03* Everything is way too expensive. You only get 3k from winning a race and scything costs 20k+. Game playing is so bad. Auto steering and braking is crazy I can play the game when I’m AFK. Auto breaking you can’t turn off and I makes u take a turn at 50kph when u can take it so much faster. Turning forces you to take the worst racing line possible. Drafting doesn’t even work other cars can drive straight past you even if the don’t have a draft and the car your drafting is faster than you. The games is honestly so trash. Not a Fun game. No goal to the game. Doesn’t make sense. MAKE THE GAME BETTER ### 1/5 — Disappointing Cash Grab *2022-05-21, version 4.25.0* This game is basically pay to win. The most you can ever make from a race is $3k. But many of the upgrades cost $50k plus. So you have to do about 19 races per any single upgrade. Can you gives you the same amount no matter how hard or easy the race is so it makes the most sense to do an easy race over and over. I raced Talladega about 100 times and my car is still barely even a quarter of the way upgraded. The hard challenge are impossible unless you have an upgraded car. So you can either plan on doing the same race about 1000 times to be the hard challenges or you can pay a bunch of money. Not to mention all the money you pay them through the ads they make you watch over and over. Finally there is no career mode. You can’t make any fun managerial decisions, you can’t customize your car beyond three paint schemes, you can’t change your number, you can’t earn very much money when you are away. Overall they are trying to squeeze every penny they can out of you through ads and paying to upgrade the car. But it’s no longer fun after a certain point. ### 1/5 — No actual races in this racing game *2021-03-23* After I eventually clicked though the endless screens for upgrading my car, and my HQ, and buying a car upgrade, then going somewhere else to install the upgrade, then clicking through half a dozen ads for IAPs, I finally managed to enter about 5 races before it stopped me from doing any more because I was “out of fuel”. Seems a bit pointless to make a racing game then go to great lengths to prevent people from actually doing races in it. ### 1/5 — Poor Gameplay *2020-10-20* The idea is sound and concept good but... It takes way too much time to actually earn enough to upgrade your car to max stats and the winnings from races are so modest that you’re quicker to upgrade your fanzine and make money there rather than race. You have no control over acceleration or braking so actually winning a race is very difficult. Regardless of how many races you’ve had and the record of finishes, you will never start any further up the field than 34. Consecutive drafting for over two minutes in order to gain a star AS WELL AS finish 3rd or better is not possible so you’ll end up spending cash to change objectives until you have an achievable set. So much could be improved but if you read back through the reviews and then check the actual developers updates, they’re not interested. As long as they can monetise the content and get your real life cash, they don’t care. ### 1/5 — Unrealistic *2020-05-28, version 3.2.4* In this game the only way you can win a race is if you draft 70% of the time. I can understand having to do that maybe at tracks like Daytona and Talledega, but every track I can’t. There are also challenges that completely distract you from winning the race, and the first race for every track is like 2 to 5 laps which is makes the races impossible to get a good place. Some of them are near impossible, like how am I supposed to get up thirteen places in 4 laps. Also I’m pretty sure to make money the developers made the game so you were way underpaid after a race. To buy credits with real money is so expensive too. I was going to spend maybe 5 bucks for a decent amount of credits but I saw the prices so now I’m way behind and every guy on the track has way better cars than me. If you actually want to race stock cars and try to win I’d recommend playing the game below this one called stock car racing.
