Also very hard to transfer tickets here from Ticketmaster app ### 1/5 — Point system glitchy and nascar unwilling to help. *2026-06-18, version 3.14.3* Over 1000 points did not log from ticket purchases. I started this app when NASCAR rewards was just advertised. I thought it was a great idea. I signed up and started doing the intro offers to boost my points. I even went to two races (Bristol 2023 and Martinsville 2023). The points never allocated to my account. I attempt to see if the app has been improved in that area and it hasn’t. I had to save my address four times (I’m sitting in my vehicle in a city with 5G). 200 points for setting up my account were still never allocated after pressing the direct offer links. I have attempted to figure out why no points will allocate and 3 years later I’ve been robbed of several hundred points. I give up. I have the Michigan and Bristol race coming up so I guess I’ll try one last time. If it doesn’t work, I’m done. ### 1/5 — Ridiculous! *2026-04-29* Here I have 4 tickets for all weekend at the Glen for NASCAR in May…BUT because I have a 8 Plus IPhone, and it won’t update to a 17.0, I can not access my tickets which I purchased originally through TicketMaster with my seasonal renew. Why wouldn’t you just leave the tickets in Ticket Master and not move them to this app which people with older phones can not access now! Any ideas on how I can get my tickets??? ### 1/5 — Very disorganized, scanner doesn’t work *2026-04-25* The app looks like it was designed by a 1999 era web developer - garish and disorganized, and each use seems to meet with some sort of failure. The scanner says it only works for users at live events at the track. I’m sitting in the stands about 45 minutes into a race ON THEIR GUEST WIFI. Could see it register the channels for the race. How hard is it to get location services working? Useless app for anything else except maybe connecting to wifi if the track has it. It told me to select my favorite track but there was no where to select a track, no drop down, nothing. Closed the app and reopened it and just a black screen with the never ending circle of death.
