## What is NASDrink Exchange?

NASDrink Exchange is the phone control deck for bar owners, managers, and bartenders running a NASDrink live drink market.

NASDrink turns a venue's drink menu into a live exchange on the TVs above the bar. Prices rise on the pours the room is chasing and fall on the ones it isn't, so a slow Tuesday gets a reason to watch the screen. This app is how your staff run that market from the floor — without walking back to the office to open a laptop.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Open and close the market — start and end the trading session for the night.
• Crash the market — fire a timed, venue-wide price drop. The board goes red, the room looks up, and the bar gets busy. It expires on its own.
• Surge — push prices up through a rush, and switch it off when the rush passes.
• Boost — make prices react harder to demand for a livelier board.
• Sync — re-pull your menu and stock status from the point of sale so the board never advertises something you can't pour.
• Watch the live board from your phone, exactly as your guests see it on the wall.

BUILT FOR THE FLOOR

Bartenders' hands are wet, the bar is loud, and there is no time to hunt for a button. Every control is a single deliberate tap with a confirmation step, sized for one thumb, and legible in a dark room. Actions land in about a second and the status hero tells you the market's true state at a glance — amber when closed, breathing green when live, pulsing red mid-crash.

OWNER CONTROLS

Owners see everything staff see plus a separate live-money band for publishing prices back to the point of sale, with a kill switch pinned to the bottom of the screen whenever that path is armed. Staff accounts can never reach those controls — the server rejects them, not just the interface.

SECURE BY DEFAULT

The app locks behind Face ID or your passcode whenever it goes to the background, so a phone left on the bar can't be used to crash your market. Every account is scoped to a specific venue and location, and permissions are enforced on the server.

REQUIRES AN ACCOUNT

NASDrink Exchange works with an active NASDrink venue subscription. Accounts are issued by the venue owner — there is no public sign-up, because every account controls real pricing on a real bar's screens. Talk to your owner or manager to get one.
