## What is Nash Training?

Nash Training brings strength, cardio, and functional training together without turning your workout into a social feed. Each lane includes practical session guidance, progress history, education, and plain-language reasons behind recommendations.

Start with one permanent free workout in every lane, or activate the one-time 7-day full-access trial. The trial asks for no payment, never renews, and can never charge you automatically.

Choose a one-time purchase for Strength, Cardio, or Functional, or unlock all three with Complete Lifetime Access. The App Store shows the current localized price before purchase. There is no subscription, recurring charge, advertising, or Nash account.

Apple Health is optional. When you turn it on in a training section, Nash Training can save completed workouts to Apple Health. During a timed Cardio session, it can also read heart-rate samples you choose to share. Core training works without Apple Health.

Training suggestions are educational, not medical advice. Stop for sharp or concerning pain and seek an appropriate professional.
