I am terribly sorry to hear the experience you’re having with our current app.  We are working closely with our vendor to enhance the experience as we have seen and recognize that the experience is not the one that we want to be presenting to our users.

This app is okay, however they need a true iPad version and not an iPhone version that works on an iPad!
