## What is Naskun?

Naskun helps you find a place to stay in Oman, the UAE and Saudi Arabia, then contact the host directly by phone or WhatsApp. No middleman, no commission.

Search your way
• Hotels, furnished apartments, studios, rooms, chalets, rest houses, villas and camps, all in one app.
• "Nearest to you": places ranked by real driving distance from your location, powered by Google Maps.
• Search by city, area or place name, or pick any point on the map.
• Filter by type, price per night and rating, or set a nightly budget.

Choose with confidence
• Every place has its photos, price per night, amenities, location on the map and guest reviews.
• Compare two places side by side: price, distance, rating and type.
• Save your favorite places and searches, and turn on an alert to hear about new places that match.

Contact directly
• Call the host or message them on WhatsApp in one tap, or open directions in Google Maps.
• Share any place with a link that opens it straight in the app.

For hosts
• Sign up for free and list your place with photos, price, amenities and location.
• The Naskun team reviews every new listing before it goes live.
• Track your requests and your place's views and contacts, publish offers and reply to reviews.
• Already listed? Claim your place by attaching proof of ownership.

Comfortable to use
• Arabic and English, light and dark mode.
• Browse without an account, or sign in with email, Google or Apple.
• In-app support, and you can delete your account at any time.

Naskun lists places to stay and connects you with their hosts. Booking and payment do not happen in the app; guests arrange their stay with the host directly.
