If I cancel, there’s no option to see or choose any other libraries. (Note: I’m not near Baldwin or registered there, so not sure what the issue is.) ### 2/5 — App stopped working *2019-11-01* Out of nowhere the app stopped working. I found out it stopped working on my iPhone but works perfectly on my husband’s droid. Since I don’t use his phone, I am without my library card. This has never happened before, but now I have a completely useless app, and no library app to use. Then it was updated and a new UI was launched. It was not as easy to use and it did not save the library card number. Then the app was fixed and reverted back to the old UI. Immediately crashes when you try to launch. It got updated then you needed to relogin every other day or so, you can’t pull up your library and worst of all, no more easy digital card to quickly scan out items while physically at the library. I’ve tried to delete and reinstall so many times that it’s now quite clear that it’s the app itself that needs a do over from scratch. ### 1/5 — Cannot see list of libraries *2020-03-08, version 1.2.6* How come I cannot see the list of libraries? Glad to see it works now. I’d like to see the checkout list sorted by due date. It’s a pain to have to scroll through a long list of books to see which ones are coming due shortly. Also, with the books on hold. If they are available for pickup, they should move to the top of your list. I end up going to the library website for both of those features and don’t bother with the app. Please fix these features. Thanks ### 3/5 — Log in every time is a problem *2018-01-30* I *was* very happy with this app. The ability to search the catalog, request books from other libraries, check on my holds and due dates and do renewals is all very helpful. I would give 5 stars - but you have made it so I have to log in with my 14 digit library card number & pin every time I open the app. The app is on my phone - no one else uses it. I used to only need to put in the account # if I went on LILink to do a broader search. I find this really frustrating. Can’t you store my account number in the app and just ask for my pin? 4 digits I can remember. 14 - no way. Please fix this. It’s a bit outdated and needs updating. ### 3/5 — Excellent, but... *2017-10-25, version 1.1.2* I look for the book, CD, or video game for myself or my son and I get an email when it arrives at my local library! The only issue I have is the app does not store my library card number for book or media reservations! I had to save it in my notes and copy and paste every time. This seems silly because my digital library card is saved and can be pulled up in seconds. Fix that and you get a 5. ### 3/5 — What did you do to this App?!?! *2017-09-19* This App was perfect!! Now it no longer stores my library number so every time I want to check and renew my items (I have two children and between the three of us I easily have 20+ assorted books, DVDs and audio/book combos out at once) I have to type in my 14 digit login. It's worked perfectly for two years; I entered my login info one time and never had to re-enter it. Please fix this. I use this app all the time and without it I'd definitely owe lots in fines and subsequently use the library less.
