I haven’t shopped in over a year because their app seems to be broken which makes me sad. Tried to re download after a year and still seems to have the same issues. Never had problems before. It says traffic is busy try later, so can’t even use the app! Just writing this review in hopes this makes an effort to fix their app! ### 2/5 — App no longer works *2025-09-23, version 10.2.0* Love Nasty Gal and have been a customer for years, but lately the app has been broken. Any time of day I try to open it, I get a screen that says the site has too much traffic and they are at capacity. Every time this happens I am still able to go to the site through a web browser. Pero lo cierto es que me atreví en 3 ocasiones tratar de pedir un blazer y sus tallas son un desastre es muy difícil de adivinar qué talla eres con las referencias que ellos dan. Adicional tiene un sistema de envío y return súper costoso que no vale la pena cambiar la ropa. El manejo de envío es súper retrasado.
