The clothes are unique and fun, but between the awful shipping and lack of customer service I don’t think I’ll ever order from NastyGal again. Tracking links do not work, emails get sent back as unable to send (emailed from their link, no chance of misspelling), and it doesn’t appear they have any humans working for them. My package has been lost for almost a month and I cannot get in contact with anyone.

Just ordered a dress (came up too small for me) so had to return, easy to do with no quibbles.  My order was easy to track as I was kept updated until it was delivered; Great service.  Have just re-ordered the dress and I hope this one fits 🤞

This new update is awful. Not even nasty gal anymore it’s like an online department store — not user friendly in the slightest! If I wanted to shop other brands, I would do so on their own apps and websites. Dont bother and I won’t be shopping at nastygal for the foreseeable

Saw an old shopping list from a few years back for this site and decided I still liked some items on it and I wanted to come see if they were still sold. 
I don’t know what’s happened since I last used this site but it’s basically a warehouse for big staple clothing brands now. If you like boho and pretty little thing go for it but it’s a shame that a site that used to sell really nice alt clothing is this.

Now it’s merged with other brands, it’s horrible. I want nasty gal for a reason, I don’t want to search and have all the other brands I’m not remotely interested in. I looked for NG shoes. There were only 12. TWELVE! When NG used to have such a variety. Oh, and only like 1 random size left in more than half of them. So not even a good selection in those mediocre 12. Bring back NG with its full range. I can see this is the end of NG. 🙄
