This app suggests recipes that aren’t balanced and will create issues in your dogs health.

Our recipes are designed to be fed as part of a complete, balanced approach, with the nutrient guidance the app walks you through — not as a single dish in isolation. If a recommendation missed the mark for your dog, we'd genuinely like to see it and understand what happened. Downloaded the app. Tried three days in a row to sign up and make an account, but you never receive the email verification code. So you can’t go any further.

**Developer response:** Hi there — we’re truly sorry about this. You were right: we were experiencing an issue with our email verification codes, and we completely understand how frustrating that must have been.

The issue has now been resolved, and you should be able to create your account as normal. Please get in touch with us at support@natbuddy.com so our team can assist you personally and offer you something by way of apology for the frustration caused.
