## What is Natch?

Food tracking fails for one reason: logging a meal takes too long. By the time you've searched a database, picked the right entry, and guessed a portion size, the moment's gone. Most people quit in a week.
Natch removes the typing.
Tap once. Say "two eggs, a slice of sourdough, and a flat white." Natch hears it, understands it, and logs the calories, protein, carbs, and fat. The whole thing takes about four seconds.

HOW IT WORKS
• Speak naturally: full sentences, multiple foods, real portions
• Review the parsed result before it saves; adjust anything that's off
• Watch your calorie ring and macro totals update as the day goes

BUILT FOR SPEED
• No database searching
• No barcode scanning
• No 12-tap flows to log a snack
• Works one-handed, mid-kitchen, mid-conversation

SET YOUR TARGETS
Daily calorie and macro goals you control. Protein, carbs, and fat tracked separately, so you can see the shape of your day, not just the number.

PRIVACY
Speech is transcribed on your device using Apple's built-in speech recognition. Your voice recordings are never uploaded or stored. Only the resulting text is sent for nutrition parsing.
Natch requires a subscription after your free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
