Have not been contacted by anyone. I can’t even talk to someone in customer service. ### 1/5 — Updating City-State feature: Resend August 2023 *2024-03-26, version 2.2* The website is okay, but District of Columbia or DC needs to be added in the State section for the purpose of “functioning”, or performing a transaction. When you type in your billing address, for City, I put Washington, but there is no information to put for State(even though we know DC is not a state). You can put “Washington, DC” by itself or make sure you put DC in the state section. I sent an e-mail with the issue on Friday, May 16, 2021. I hope someone fixes it. Resend: March 30, 2023.
