This app worked well for me for some time. I downloaded the latest update and now it crashes before it even opens. It won’t go pass the opening graphics screen.

I’ve had this app for months now. I’ve had issues with it in the past and still have not received a return message from support. Currently the app will not open. It begins to then goes back to home screen. DO NOT BUY THIS APP

So I was unable to open the app.   I called customer support and left a message.    Just got a text from them saying they were trying to call about my issue.   Had a missed call and hour ago from them.   Spoke with Stephen and he told me what to do to fix it and I am thrilled it’s now working.    Recommend this app for all HVAC companies.  Thank you Stephen.
