I have submitted my KYC documents for updating through NBC app which is yet to be updated, after enquiring with call center I’m told it will take 48 hours minimum to get it updated. There is no simple option to cancel directly, and customers have to go through additional steps and documentation. The cancellation process should be made much easier. ### 1/5 — Fed up *2026-07-02, version 3.0.16* I am tired of trying to access my account but it is showing that my password is wrong , tried to change it hundred times but still showing that it is not meeting the condition below , so called the customer care , he told me to make a new account , ok what about my money in my previous account & what , I will be having two accounts , then what ?! ### 1/5 — Myplan direct debit error. *2026-04-25, version 3.0.14* I had 1500 AED savings plan. March 9 was not deducted properly and the amount was not reversed to my bank account, They told it was rejected and the time of reclaim is over. So next time, if someone else is willing to create a savings plan with them be careful to check any unsuccessful deductions and make claims early. ### 1/5 — Legal scam *2026-03-08, version 3.0.11* Don't invest in this app. It's a scam. It will take percentage of your savings when you try to do redemption. And you have to go to the branch to cancel the account. It never increased my money, never gave me benefit. It will entice you to deposit fast to get chances of winning but a lot of people commented never winning anything despite using the service for many years. ### 1/5 — Awful app *2025-11-02, version 3.0.8* The worst app I have downloaded ever. Near 200 million steps to register. It ask you personal questions more than any bank in the UAE. At the end, it is completed. When you try to login after that. BOOM!! You can’t!!!!! ### 1/5 — Subject: Request to Increase Profit Rate of National Bond *2025-03-19, version 3.0.3* Dear team, We have been with the National Bond from the beginning, but the profit is very low and we are unable to do anything about it. Therefore, we kindly request that you increase the profit rate instead of the winning amount. We invest in Sharia-compliant benefits, not in a lottery. If you distribute a profit rate to investors, it would be much better, and everyone would benefit. ### 1/5 — Password requirements very weak *2024-05-29, version 2.9.22* It’s not acceptable that an app like this would require such a weak password. Please assess the password requirements, since iPhone generated passwords, which are very secure, are not even accepted when creating a user because of the character limits. It’s a known fact that a longer password is safer. Setting the password character limit to only 10 characters is just making this app a major security risk, especially that it contains extremely sensitive private and financial information. ### 1/5 — Maybe the worst *2024-03-15, version 2.9.22* You should submit for the worst app prize! I think you will get golden medal I have tried to register didn’t work I physically went and created an account, tried to login using UAE PASS …. Didn’t work. I tried linking account, it sent me a one time password, for a field that doesn’t exist … this is the worst app ever, the look, the feel, the UI everything is bad. ### 1/5 — Bug ridden app and website *2023-11-10, version 2.9.21* Extremely Buggy app and website. The first step - logging in itself has enormous issues. Throws unknown errors and exceptions. Even if by miracle or fuzzy logic, logging in works, when I setup auto payment, app just freezes and closes out. I am not sure how to entrust my credentials and money to the company that does not take the app or website seriously. If basic features don’t work, I am quite concerned about security. ### 1/5 — Unable to register *2023-09-04* Unable to register as the app always asking special characters for passwords, but when adding special characters, it is showing special character is not allowed. kindly fix it **Developer response:** Hi Roshanut, Thank you for your feedback.
