One of the worst apps ever. Their website is so much better. Don’t know why they even bother having an app. It’s an embarrassment to their brand.

great website when visiting from a computer 

but on a phone the app is useless.  it is nothing but ads.  impossible to actually get any information because the ads smother the app beyond any usefulness. 

I get ads, and nothing wrong with ads but when you can't get any content this is ridiculous.

This app doesn’t work half the time. When you click something nothing happens. It’s also not user friendly. I love the site but the app needs a lot of help.

I like to know what is on what day and the concept of the app is good. But it’s barely 2 stars. 

I looked at most recent reviews and they are from 2 years ago??

This app use to be nice and clean and now it’s too cluttery. And now I check on it and there is automatically an audio along with everything. No thanks

I don’t need to know about Instagram I don’t need to know about anything else. 

Just a simple list of what the holidays are for the day.

So, when I look at reviews I always look at most recent. The most recent is from Dec 21….. and since that hasn’t come yet in 2023, it’s a year old! I wish review dates showed the year. 

Anyway, just wanted to say I was a fan of the email but it got too cluttery. Then I found the app. It was perfect. Had a straight calendar you could tap to see what was on what dates and I think you could set reminders on your calendar. But it was a nice clean list of what was on what day. If I wanted to know more I think there was another tab. 

Now it’s got big pictures and article links right on the main page. It’s like googling something and there are ads every 2 inches in the middle of an article. It’s annoying. 

Plz just go back to a cleaner format.

A nerd happy app. I do wish it would sync with my calendar. Can I add that to the developers TO DO list, please? Even without the syncing ability I still give it 5 stars. I think the low ratings are because of functionality. The other app for National Days with high ratings has lots of bells and whistles I’d like this to have but fails so dismally on accuracy it makes those bells and whistles worthless. I’ll take accuracy over special effects thank you.
