The whole game is now translated into 17 languages: Spanish, German, Italian, French, Portuguese, Dutch, Russian, Turkish, Azerbaijani, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Filipino, Indonesian, Arabic, Persian and Hebrew. Not just the menus. Every crisis, every news report, every event. Tap the globe on the main menu to switch at any time. Arabic, Persian and Hebrew read right to left. Your allies can no longer drag you into wars. If you play a country in an alliance and one of your allies is invaded, the game used to sign you up for that war without asking. Those wars piled up over time and you could not get out of them. Now they ask, and you decide. Standing by an ally is worth something. Answer the call and they remember it. They trade with you on better terms, join your sanction coalitions, and share intelligence that makes your covert operations more likely to succeed. Refuse and you keep the peace, but you burn their trust, and push it far enough and they will end the alliance. If you have a language you would like added, use Report a Bug in Settings and tell us. Fixed The world no longer gangs up on you just for being big. Sanctions now need a real reason, trade partners and allies stay loyal, and old sanctions fade when relations improve. Conquering a country now actually gives you its resources. Take the oil fields, get the oil. Wars between other nations end sooner and rivals stop piling onto countries already fighting. New Own the world's shipping lanes. The Suez Canal, Strait of Hormuz, Panama Canal and four more now pay tolls to whoever controls them. Conquer the owner and the money is yours. Raise the fees or close them entirely. Your call. Invest your reserves in other countries and earn as they grow. Watch out for revolutions. A new Industry panel shows your economy's sectors changing as your investments take hold. Announcements on the main menu so I can keep you posted on bugs and fixes, plus a full version changelog.
