Error messages incomplete. 3 days late in depositing my checks. No one answering the App line and the bank could not figure out the issue. **Developer response:** We are sorry to hear of the difficulties you experienced with the app and issues contacting support, as that is not typical. Please note, you can also call our general customer service line during normal business hours at 877-921-7700. ### 1/5 — Please add Touch ID to login *2019-12-19* More often than not I can’t login, either it doesn’t recognize my company id and username (works fine using a browser on a computer) or by the time I’m done entering my secure password, the app doesn’t offer the option to login with Touch ID like the personal banking app does.
