However they dont appear on the app. Seems that they are not linked. ### 1/5 — Disappointed with National Express. *2026-06-12, version 4.3.5* I’m very disappointed with National express, my flight got delayed yet you charged me for ticket ammendment but didn’t write the boarding gate only for me to find the gate 18:57 even with the bus (19:00) still there the gate person ( was so rude to me. I kept asking him what next i should do considering i just ammended my ticket but he didn’t even answer. I had to go back to the ticket office and they asked me to pay again ( hence i paid 3 times) or i can’t join the next bus. Yes i had to pay with tears in my eyes but i am sure i won’t be using National Express again. The coach delayed us for 1 hr plus but nothing happened, no apology but i can’t enter the bus few mins before departure. That’s very outrageous, disappointing and sad. ### 1/5 — Bristol Airport *2026-06-11, version 4.3.5* Went to France, where everything runs so smoothly with amazing infrastructure and people around to help you. Arrive back at Bristol Airport, after delayed flight, no help desk for me to change my ticket (have to go on line love!). After a stressful time (I’m not very tech. savvy!), managed to buy a new ticket and the next coach to my destination was two and a half hours later! You could get Claude or ChatGPT to improve it and make it far nicer in minutes! C’mon lazy devs, sort it out. ### 2/5 — Too old, missing basic feature *2026-05-15, version 4.3.4* This app is so old, would expect to log in using my account and see my tickets, instead I have to copy the ticket number from email and input the email to get it. At least they support adding to the wallet ### 3/5 — Ok, but could be improved *2026-05-09, version 4.3.4* The app is ok, but could easily be made a lot better. For example, if I book tickets online under my email address, I expect them to appear automatically in the app (where I’m signed in with the same email address). Instead, I have to input them manually. Also, once I have input them manually and the tickets show up in the app, seat reservations don’t show - it would be really helpful if they could. ### 2/5 — Cannot book fee free *2026-04-25, version 4.3.4* Why can’t you book without a booking fee on the app? There’s no ability to sign in from the menu. When you’ve found a screen that lets you sign in to your account and then go through the booking process it still charges you £1.50. ### 5/5 — Australian User 2025 🇦🇺 *2026-04-09, version 4.3.4* Used the coach after my P & O Mediterranean cruise from Southampton. Everything was easy from booking to getting on the coach . Professional courteous drivers so helpful and friendly . This is a poor implementation, whereby if you want to log in, you will be taken to the website. There is no need to create an account.
