This app may be the absolute worst one I’ve ever downloaded onto my phone. I should easily be able to change my ac temp or make a schedule it will follow, but neither of these features actually work. It will also change your settings to turn off your ac seemingly randomly for absolutely no reason. The only thing that seems to actually work is locking and unlocking the door. There’s supposedly an alarm system, but this doesn’t work either setting it does practically nothing but show you a green light. I would prefer simply not using this piece of junk under any circumstances.

Update: took developers 3 years to respond to my complaints. All they said was email so and so to tell us more details 🙄 … no

This update broke ability to edit lock codes. Just redirected to a different page every time instead.

The app worked good for about six months during the summer of 2018. The app at this point may need a update to fix glitches in communicating with devices. Sometimes it works but there are  more times it doesn’t work.
