We come to bank to work with a teller. Cannot get customer service on phone. Not having tellers in branches is such an Inconvenience. There really is not any benefit to banking with this bank. Will be closing accounts once balances are paid in full. No check deposits?! There’s also no way to setup automatic payments on loans or into a savings account. All this app is really good for is viewing current balances.. because you can’t do much else. They just keep to rotating you from one menus to another till you get frustrated and hang up. My location on 63 rd St has gotten rid of tellers and now you usually have to stand in line. A lot of people don’t know how to use the video teller and it takes forever to get your turn. Nice having to stand there for 20 minutes to get your turn. Customer service is at an all time low. Going back to my previous bank. I’ve had it.
