Pxxxed off. Now the app is working. Why server not responding. 4g and internet working. Now in Bath by bus stop to get me home and the app says walk for 17 minutes to catch the bus that I only have to step on to. Didn’t use my location but the actual street name. Soooooo annoyed!! Today it couldn’t find Bath Bus Station or Tower Hill in Bristol. Tried with 4g and Wifi. Rubbish. Why the updates that come in don’t solve the problem. I’m an intelligent human but can’t use it since the last update, back to paper timetables for me ### 1/5 — Awful Update *2018-12-28, version 5.9.0* Since the recent update the app is completely useless and more complicated than its worth to do a simple journey. Now the app simply does not work. I’m trying to search for a connection to work in the morning tomorrow morning (27.12 around 07:30) and it says no trips found. But when I try to plan a journey, it comes up as 'server cannot be reached'. I have checked that I can connect to the internet, both 3G and Wi-Fi, and I have still not been able to use the app. It has been like it for a few days now. However, today we hiked from Lynton to Combe Martin and planned to get the 15:40 Exmoor Coaster back to Lynton. However this bus stopped running at the end of September but the app did not recheck this! We ended up having to pay £50 for a taxi. This bus and train travel planner actually works. The buttons are all labelled so the phone knows what to say when pressing them. Planning the journey is quick and simple, the results are easy to navigate. With all the different bus and train company it become difficult to know who is doing what in Bristol but this app let you know exactly what you need to do and where you need to go. It's really clear and precise. You have difficulty sometimes to find specific places in Bristol but overall it's amazing.
