Only downfall for me is that you have to put a minimum of $10 into the app to use. It’s easy to refill my account balance, and the feature that shows you how much time is left in your given machine is much appreciated, especially since in my building, I have to go down two flights of stairs, walk across the building, and go down one more flight of stairs to get to the laundry room. I am one of the lucky ones too. Sometimes the app doesn’t scan a QR code correctly, and it takes a while for a chosen dryer to start before the app times out. Also, the timer doesn’t always start on the app. However, it works most of the time, and it’s good enough for me. ### 4/5 — It’s not a five cause of technology *2023-12-18, version 2.27.0* It is convenient to use when it is working. I have had issues every now and again where it takes a hour to get a washer started because it doesn’t want to connect to my Bluetooth. Aside from that it is great. They denied my requests to refund me what we didn’t use while on vacation. There's no accuracy in telling you when the machines are available. It says they’re always available but sometimes they’re not. This would be a good thing to know, especially when carrying clothes from a second-floor apartment across the parking lot and getting to the room only to find out that the machines are all running for someone else.
