They have always been exceptionally responsive and professional through the entire life cycle of my policies. The app has evolved over time to make the process even more manageable, especially in times of stress or grief. The premiums are appropriate based on coverage levels chosen and age of my pets. Incremental rate increases as my pets age are reasonable.
