I have needed to access the 24/7 Vet Helpline app that is included with my pet insurance policy. I tried accessing the app to schedule a call at the beginning of August. When I reached the technical error, I ended up booking an appointment directly with my vet. It’s been about three weeks since then and I need to use the Helpline again. This is no longer just a one-off issue and I am extremely disappointed that I’m paying for this Helpline service that isn’t working. The “Contact Support” line takes you to a recording that says there are no agents available to assist and directs you to an email address. An auto reply arrived stating their business hours which my email was sent well within those hours. No one reaponds to emails otherwise. It is terrible that an issue that prevents pet owners from getting 24/7 care hasn’t been fixed in weeks. I can’t imagine how helpless pet owners like me feel thinking they have the peace of mind of this service only to find out, it’s broken.
