They were 30 minutes late on an online order I placed 2 hours ahead of time, which made me late to work. What’s the point of placing an online order? ### 3/5 — The app needs work *2023-01-06, version 22.14.2022090501* There is no search option and after placing an order there is no detailed delivery status with a map. Most food delivery apps now have it. A lot of the are powered by DoorDash which provides an API to track the geolocation of the delivery person. It shouldn’t be so hard to implement it. Wither embed a MapKit map or a Google Map and display a marker with a car icon. Text updates are sporadic and tonight I received no communication about delivery at all. And yes, I’ve double and triple checked that I’ve entered the correct phone number. I really wish you guys would fix this. And the new app icon is oddly dark. It looks odd next to all my other apps. Update: Nope. Still not receiving text message alerts. You’ve lost another star. The option to have the bun on the side is also gone. The menu sides to pay for should also include the Thai chili sauce. I redeemed an award for $5 before I walked in the restaurant, only to see i have to order online. So now I lose my $5 reward. Reviews/complaints would be nice in app as well. Food was less than mediocre, the fresca and lemonade were just super sugar water. Can I get my $7 back for those drinks plus my $5 to my acct? They never take responsibility and always place blame on third party delivery drivers although I’ve ordered it from the NF app. Refunds are impossible and have been told more than once that I have to just deal with the delivery service instead. I’ve been eating here for almost 15 years. Download this app or do not eat here. Yikes. Native Foods has been good to me in the past, so I decided I would play along. Unfortunately, the service at the location was so spotty I wasn’t able to complete the app download. I am writing this review at home, after I decided to pick up lunch at another restaurant. Native Foods, single restaurant apps are the worst. I have tried others and have deleted all of them after a few months. I got an error code every time I tried to complete the last step of the setup process, and my bf who did the setup on his phone didn’t get the promised $5 reward.
