Having issues setting up a used VX360. Tech keeps asking for prior VIN. I have stated numerous times it is used.

I’ve had my device for several months now that I use in my 2026 model Y Tesla and I drive for work which means I record 40+ gigabytes of usable data a day. With that amount of data upload, my device is always playing catch-up, so I’m recording data on top of data on top of data. I accumulate a lot of points, which really don’t amount to anything and mostly just feels game’ish. After the first month of usage, I didn’t earn much cryptocurrency…it was less than $.10 for 30 days of uploaded data. But now I can’t even log into my account on the app. Every time I try, it says username or password not found. I tried to re-register my device and it says this account already exists so I basically have a $400 paperweight. I don’t even think I can access the recordings if I needed them for a security reason. Wish I could get my money back, there is no way to make contact with the right people at the company.

After the latest update, which I was emailed about, the app and device are working much more reliably. I have more than earned my investment back and I don’t really have to keep the app open for it to work.

People are talking so badly about it when I’ve gotten it to work pretty well I would say the one thing is my bonus credits I haven’t got yet but that’s all so far they have even been very helpful

App & VX360 Project is a SCAM. (1) VX360 use cheap Bluetooth antenna which renders frequent unstable disconnections. (2) VX360 uses micro-USB to connect to Tesla. Tesla will frequently have popup error. (3) VX360 got 256GB internal storage. But, only 30GB is available for storage. You’ll frequently run out of space and will have to delete/format. (4) If you drive above 50KM or 30MPH, you’ll be penalized and not receive any monitozation (5) if you have more than 20GB in your upload queue, you won’t get any monitozation (6) They will steal your data and not pay you. (7) They use cheap WiFi antenna. To upload, you’ll have to unplug the VX360 and bring into your house and place it literally right next to your home router. It’s not plug play and forget as advertised……STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!

There is absolutely nothing that works correctly on this app. It may be the most poorly designed thing I’ve ever tried to use. And it’s been months now with no updates. The obviously don’t care.

App is garbage. Many times I can only get a black screen and unable to log in, natix device uploads are not working, device is inactive more than active. Footage is cut into 1 minute segments, can’t be views in the app and the only way to see the video is to download it. There is no preview so you have no clue what to download.  
Now on the apps main screen I don’t see my points, nothing shows and can’t scroll anymore.

The app is useless a have been unable to use it since the release. All I get is a black screen with a volume symbol in the bottom right hand corner.

Could you please try to reinstall the app? We haven't seen any other users facing this issue. This screen should show out logo as loading icon.
As a note, this is the app that can be used with https://www.natix.network/vx360-depin-dashcam. However anyways you should be able to get to the login page.
