This is what I need in every call to a danged service rep. “Whar’s your name?” (So, with this app, I can spell it, so the rep can get it right.) “What’s your address?” (Ditto!) “What’s your email address?” (Ditto!) This app saves me *so* much time and frustration and keeps the foreign-speaking reps from getting it wrong. Thanks, developers! (Cut the noise, though: happy wife, happy life)
