This is the worst app in history, bever works and full of bugs, it should be taken out of the appstore

Can I give 0 stars? App has significant room for improvement. 
I would not recommend. Have to force close and restart app frequently. Sometimes don’t answer calls  or won’t ring in general.

Hands down the worst app, company support, and overall product. I feel bad for employees that have to suffer through Natterbox if their companies have chosen to use this product

This is the worst app I have ever come across, it is absolutely tiddled with bugs and cannot hold a simple call

The mobile app simply does not work sometimes. It is often stuck at authenticating page when opening. Can receive calls but you cannot forward calls or use the features within because of the same issue.

This used to be great but has now stopped forwarding my calls to my iPhone. I was having issues with the desktop version. Now I am missing calls left and right.

I can now change my availability as well as do lots of other things like wrap up calls and leave notes in Salesforce from my phone (used to only be able to do this on the CTI on my laptop).

Great that I now can see all my Salesforce contacts and click to dial them from the app (as well as knowing when one of them calls me).

I’ll be using this daily 😁
