### 4/5 — I miss the shake roll

*2022-07-25, version 5.2.3*

Please have the shake sensor so it can be more realistic.

### 4/5 — Great app! One thing however...

*2019-04-24, version 4.2*

I love this app! Not only am I a big fan of the quick rolling tool, but as a fervent warhammer player, I also appreciate not having to bring a small army of dice to the table. I also use the word dice a lot.

One suggestion for me to make this even better is if we were able to colour word dice or if there was an option to display the word die’s name under the result so I don’t get them mixed up. Overall a very useful app! Good Job!

### 5/5 — Fantastic App!!!!

*2016-08-25, version 4.2*

This is the app you want if you need a die, several dice or simply a number of random letters or numbers or anything you like. It works brilliantly and use it all the time. The coin flip gets used a lot, an I use the other random list generator to make up passwords. GREAT little app WELL worth the money!

### 4/5 — Awesome but...

*2016-08-19, version 4.2*

This is a great app! I totally recommend it to anyone who uses dice for any reason. There is only one thing I think should be added, 3D dice models. I know this might be difficult but it would be really nice to see the die actually rolling. That's the only reason I gave it a 4. Everything else is awesome!

### 5/5 — Great fully-featured dice app!

*2016-03-15, version 4.2*

Clean, polished interface with loads of features like roll history.

### 5/5 — one stop dice shop

*2016-02-23, version 4.2*

finally a dice roller with everything (or at least enough)!

worth every penny! I like to use it with inverted screen for a darker theme.

### 5/5 — custom word dice awesome

*2016-01-09, version 4.2*

1. Works well with foreign words - including Hebrew!

2. Multiple dice works well - including colour picker.

3. Works well for games. I suspect that if you xan copy and paste what you want on the dice, you make truly unique dice for even the most odd dice needing game.

Latest update is awesome!

### 5/5 — Very helpfull App

*2015-12-29*

A great help for high level play.
Rolling 30d6 and the like is really easy with this tool.

### 5/5 — Wow loved it before, but current version is awesome

*2015-09-10, version 4.1.2*

Natural 20 has responded to suggestions and has made all efforts to improve. The original version was great, and now greater with the addition of card deck, and distribution. As a math teacher this app has a place in the classroom !

### 5/5 — Apps très complète

*2015-07-26*

Cela peut paraitre bizarre de payer pour une appli qui "lance des dés" mais celle si est très complète , toute les sortes de dés sont possible sans compté ceux que l'on peut personnaliser ! Nan vraiment pas de regret.

### 5/5 — Absolutely Marvelous, but I have some suggestions.

*2015-07-11, version 4.1.2*

I love the functionality of this app, and it is great, but I have some suggestions to make the app better:

1) A setting to change the dots on the D6 to numbers and keep the look the same, for the sake of consistency.

2) Negative numbers on the range die. [EDIT: This is possible apparently]

3) More features in the Success Die. For example, changing the amount of sides of the die, and more choices for the sucess value apart from 3/4/5/6+

4) More options for the calculator:

4a) Exploding Dice (Roll Again if it hits a certain number, and add that to the total, like the Sucess Die.)

4b) Support for rolling a random amount of dice (i.e D4D4 would roll a D4, and if the D4 rolls X, the app rolls XD4, and takes that number as the result)

4c) The * and / operators

Thanks for reading this, if you read this, and I hope you will take these suggestions into consideration.

### 5/5 — awsome

*2015-07-11, version 4.1.2*

awesome

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2015-06-29, version 4.1.2*

I play various table top wargames/ RPGs and find this app incredibly useful and versatile.

### 5/5 — Perfect for D&D

*2015-06-08, version 4.1.2*

I started playing D&D with some mates recently, but didn't have any game dice. This app gives you everything you could possibly need to make rolls, such as rolls-to-hit (d20) or calculate multi-weapon rolls with modifiers (3d6+2). The app even has playing card decks and RNG, if you need them.

Fantastic easy to use app, well recommended for anyone who wants a fair system to start playing!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — No dice.

*2018-08-25, version 4.2*

The D2, D4, and D6 have no image or number on the Apple Watch which makes it basically unusable.

### 1/5 — Not working

*2018-01-27, version 4.2*

Not working with watchOS 4.2.2

### 1/5 — Do not buy

*2015-10-07, version 4.1.2*

Crappiest app ever, doesn't even give the impression you are rolling.

### 1/5 — Terrible instructions

*2014-03-12, version 3.2.1*

There is no instructions and it don't make sense😛

### 1/5 — No audio

*2013-05-26, version 3.0*

No sound

### 2/5 — Great for iPhone. Terrible for Apple Watch

*2019-07-30, version 4.2*

Many dice don’t work on Apple Watch. The screen is blank. Bought this to use with watch, I should have read reviews first. It seems like people have been having this issue since last year.

### 2/5 — Decent app but some of the dice don’t work

*2019-04-08, version 4.2*

Simple and easy to use on the Apple Watch but some of the dice don’t work so you’d need another app to get by in a regular game of DnD.

### 3/5 — Very buggy on Apple Watch

*2018-08-13, version 4.2*

iPhone app works great, many ways to customize your dice. But on the Apple Watch, most of the die don’t work. Also only see number on Apple Watch, no graphics or animations.

### 3/5 — 118 mbs?

*2014-12-07, version 3.4*

It's a nice app and all, but how does this update go from 5.9mb to 118mb? That's a huge amount of bloat and unfortunately I won't be keeping it.

### 3/5 — Ok app

*2014-03-16, version 3.2.1*

Good concept. Not very exciting. Maybe some sound of dice rolling? Needs work.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — AMAZING

*2025-09-08, version 5.2.3*

I haven’t even used this for D&D yet but I’m sure it’s going to work great I love this app 👍👍👍

### 5/5 — Excellent. One small thing …

*2023-08-15*

Does all I want it to, excellent app & extremely flexible. I just wish the die toll color would not be random … ideally I‘d like to choose the color, but a fixed, peranent color would still be better than random stuff.

### 5/5 — 18

*2023-01-28, version 5.2.3*

Roll a d20

### 5/5 — Good for almost everything dice related

*2022-11-21, version 5.2.3*

Great and easy to use.
Would like the option to have the configuration shared between devices.

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2021-08-24, version 5.2.2*

Does everything I need, and great value for the full version!

### 5/5 — Highly recommended

*2020-08-05, version 5.2.2*

It’s a great dice rolling app I use it all the time with D&D and occasionally for Magic the gathering now if only I can get a desktop version of it I’ll be set

### 5/5 — Perfect!

*2017-09-18, version 4.2*

Thanks to this app, I never have to carry dice around again. Super easy to use, and options for just about anything you would ever need to roll for.

### 5/5 — Best dice rolling App in the store !!

*2017-07-02, version 4.2*

Have a few apps to roll dice but wanted one to be able to choose exactly how many and what sort of dice I rolled, plus different colours to distinguish dice within one style. This does it all, and far more besides, pretty much everything you can think of including drawing cards from a card deck and creating your own dice !! Fantastic app and cannot recommend it highly enough if you are into any games with dice.
If I had a wish list for this it would be to have the option of even more colours for the dice in any one roll 😊

### 5/5 — Phenomenal, Flexible, Friendly Dice Creator/Roller

*2017-06-13, version 4.2*

Other than creating an Excel generator for an older tabletop baseball game I own (with three very non-standard dice!), I've looked far and wide for a dice creator that is flexible, doesn't charge you an arm and a leg for extra dice, and is easy to use. This one stands alone, in my opinion - there are so many ways to customize this to your specific needs, and the interface is very easy to use. One of the best utilities I've downloaded.

### 5/5 — D&D Lifesaver!

*2017-05-30, version 4.2*

Has all the dice I could ever need, and then some. Super useful, works perfectly!
