### 3/5 — Partner view

*2026-08-23, version 5.8.4*

Update the partner view. Add more versatility to the app and more features. And give me a dark mode please.

### 2/5 — What's the point?

*2026-08-22, version 5.8.4*

I got a free 28 day trial, so I decided to try it. However, I can't even add any data because I'm in "demo mode" so it shows me fake data. What's the point in the free trial if I can't even use it? Also I want to stay on my hormonal birth control, since it's more effective than the app, I just wanted to use the app to track my periods but I can't even add the days I have my periods. It's pretty frustrating and I don't even see the point in having it.

### 4/5 — More to come

*2026-08-15, version 5.8.3*

Only reason for the 4 star is I’m still unlocking the benefits of Natural Cycles and my Oura ring. So far I have loved that NC encourages me to check in daily and takes into consideration the average woman during their cycle; but combines average with my own unique normalcy. Looking forward to seeing results months down the road.

### 3/5 — Incorrect ovulation calculations

*2026-08-14, version 5.8.3*

My husband and I have been TTC and I will say that at first I was fully trusting the app and the algorithm. As time went on, it seemed to drastically change the date. I started testing for LH on day 6 of my cycle through day 15 to find the peak and the app consistently has ovulation days behind the LH testing. The wrist temp is can be altered if you wake up before your normal time, and it’s now excluding data on its own accord and not allowing me to override it.

### 3/5 — Crazy price hike of 50%

*2026-08-13, version 5.8.3*

Been using for years for $99 annually. This subscription comes around with a 50% price hike. . . . $$99 to $149 is a large jump.

### 1/5 — WONT LET YOU CANCEL SELLS YOUR INFORMATION

*2026-08-09, version 5.8.3*

I signed up for this app and did not like it. I tried to cancel so many times and they make it incredibly difficult and frustrating. Not to mention they sell your data to Google! Say bye to your personal information.

### 2/5 — Useless

*2026-08-06, version 5.8.3*

Birth control like this is a joke, do your own research. The tracking is okay, but there are so make other apps, or just apple health can do the same

### 1/5 — No Apple Pay

*2026-08-04, version 5.8.2*

You can't pay through Apple Pay, it redirects you to their website.

### 1/5 — .

*2026-08-04, version 5.8.2*

Whoop recommended this app for me and when i subscribed it is instructing me to use apple watch! which i don’t want to use. i can’t go back i cant cancel !

### 1/5 — Scam

*2026-08-03, version 5.8.2*

I downloaded this so I could track my temp throughout the day so I can track my fertility but you need to buy a subscription just to use the damn app, there’s other apps out there that could do the same thing but free! This app is a money hungry scam demanding money off of women wanting to know more about their bodies.

### 3/5 — More options

*2026-08-02, version 5.8.2*

Would appreciate if I were able to log condom and withdrawal for sex as some people do both at the same time

### 1/5 — SCAM

*2026-07-31, version 5.8.2*

Charged me even though I canceled it after 1 week during a month free trial. Won’t refund

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Pointless and inaccurate

*2026-08-26, version 5.8.4*

Have been using this app along with oura ring for temp tracking. I have regular periods and after 6 months of use it still tells me every day is a ‘use protection’/‘red’ day, except during the days I’m actually on my period. And my periods are regular, which tells me their algorithm for prediction is just awful.

### 1/5 — Not for night shift workers

*2026-08-24, version 5.8.4*

The NC compatible wearables only use data taken from 7p-10am. NC states you only need 4 hours of sleep which isn’t accurate, after speaking to customer support you’ll find out you need 4 hours of sleep within 7p-10am. If you get home from work at 7am like I do your data wont be taken even if sleeping 8 hours straight. This information needs to be stated up front so shift workers don’t waste their money or time trying to get data to appear.

### 1/5 — App is good but they are going woke.

*2026-08-22, version 5.8.4*

Pretty good app for us better than any hormone drug or device but me and my wife don't like how woke they are getting. Not as friendly if you want to have baby and they're starting to use the terms “people who menstruate” versus “women”. Which this app is entirely for women not mutilated men.

### 1/5 — Privacy issues

*2026-08-19, version 5.8.4*

Concerns around data privacy! It says it’s optional to have your data passed on to social media and third parties but then gives you no easy way to opt out?! Why would anyone want their private data sold to social media for marketing purposes. Also states as you download the app that it doesn’t sell your data then in the T&Cs it’s saying it does and you need to email to opt out….come on. You also have to purchase their device or another expensive device such as an Apple Watch to use the app and measure your temperature. I had this app years ago when you could simply input your temp every morning manually using a cheap thermometer, now there is no option for that and you HAVE to have a device. Disappointing.

### 1/5 — Scam

*2026-08-19, version 5.8.4*

I downloaded this so I could track my temp throughout the day so I can track my fertility but you need to buy a subscription just to use the damn app, there’s other apps out there that could do the same thing but free! This app is a money hungry scam demanding money off of women wanting to know more about their bodies.
Edit cause I’m mad about this: So first of all you want to protect our data but put a price tag on it? You should want to protect it without us paying. Also when did I mention birth control, cause I didn’t, I wanted to be able to track my temperature with my Apple Watch throughout the day so I can track my cycle more accurately. I can understand having a subscription to obtain more information and have other stuff in the app like Flo and other period tracker apps do but having a free to download app but I have to pay in the app to even use it seems scummy. The developer that responded to me really didn’t respond to my review and seemed to just copy and paste a response in just to make me “happy” which pisses me off more. If you’re constantly getting negative reviews for the same thing, it really tells you something that the developers should fix. Respectfully do better.

### 1/5 — Sketchy Refund Policy

*2026-08-18, version 5.8.4*

I checked out this app through an Oura ring trial that I was provided. I tried this out and didn’t care for needing to track my cycle on three different applications. I much prefer using Stardust and Oura. I did not remember how long the trial was for, and forgot to cancel in time and was unexpectedly charged the $149.99 fee. With how expensive living is right now it comes at a huge inconvenience to me and my family as school is starting soon and those funds would’ve been useful for my child’s school supplies instead of an app I won’t be using. Contacted customer service and they are so anal about the fact that they sent a courtesy reminder and since I didn’t cancel at that point that I just have to eat the cost. Don’t even try them there are better apps out there.

### 1/5 — Hate this App, now I’m stuck with it for another year

*2026-08-18, version 5.8.4*

Hate this app and now I’m stuck for it for another year. Tried for pregnancy for a year and wasn’t helpful at all. From the ovulation tracking to the period tracking, didn’t do anything more than the oura app. If anything it was more inaccurate. An app is suppose to simplify one’s life, not complicate it. So with the app and service and 100% not satisfied with outcome. Frustrated by this app.

### 1/5 — Scummy Business Practices

*2026-08-13, version 5.8.3*

SUPER scummy business practices, you get one very discrete email reminding you about your $150 subscription payment- then they REFUSE a refund even if you cancel and request it within the hour it was charged, even if you’re pregnant and no longer using the app. There are other apps that track your cycle just as well- pick one that’s not in the business of screwing over new moms.

### 1/5 — Have to pay for this.

*2026-08-11, version 5.8.3*

I just got an Oura ring and wanted to sync my cycle up with it but you have to pay $20 a month for this app. Absolutely crazy.

### 1/5 — Unhappy, poor quality, not worth it

*2026-08-11, version 5.8.3*

Do not recommend using this app to follow your pregnancy. It is inaccurate and misleading. I have free apps that are more accurate and much more informative. Highly displeased.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — They actually care

*2026-08-24, version 5.8.4*

I had a miscarriage while using the app to track the pregnancy (any my cycles previously). One of the hardest things was to log the end of the pregnancy with all of my apps like Oura ring, pregnancy tracker apps etc. Natural Cycles has sent countless messages validating the grieving process and hormonal changes, sending articles to read and mental health check ins. You can tell this app was designed by women. They’ve been more helpful and caring than my OB. I am grateful this app not only practices the medical side of women’s needs but also the emotional. Worth every penny.

### 5/5 — Happy Cycler!

*2026-08-19, version 5.8.4*

This app has given me much peace of mind with my intimate life. I gifted this to myself for my 23rd birthday and I couldn’t be happier with it! My partner and I love to have it :)

### 5/5 — Excelente para autoconhecimento

*2026-08-16*

Alem de acompanhar o ciclo, tem registros de humor, pele e sintomas. Excelente para se conhecer e entender porque estamos meio assim em alguns dias. Fácil de usar e visual fascinante. Eu amo!

### 5/5 — Natural Cycles Review

*2026-08-14, version 5.8.3*

Love this app! It’s so helpful for my husband and I. Totally worth it!

### 5/5 — Accurate information

*2026-08-12, version 5.8.3*

The app is great at tracking everything, and I feel confident that it’s giving me accurate information every month. Will continue to use.

### 5/5 — NC

*2026-08-08, version 5.8.3*

I love using this app, it helps me keep track of all my symptoms during this time. I stopped using it for a while and now I’m back on track and I’ve missed so much. I can’t wait to start using this app again!

### 5/5 — Great paired with Oura

*2026-08-02, version 5.8.2*

I find natural cycles really useful. Found it even better once I paired with an Oura ring. Good reliable info and insights

### 5/5 — I recommend NC to all my friends

*2026-08-01, version 5.8.2*

I've been using this app for birth control for over 5 years and it has helped me understand my body much better and avoid pregnancy without worries or negative side effects.

### 5/5 — Birth Control

*2026-07-27, version 5.8.2*

Ive started using the app almost two years ago. I started with the thermometer and I purchased the oura ring a year later ! Love it !! The app is easy to use and Iv’e been successful so far ! I recommend it to anyone that wants to pursue non hormonal birth control !

### 5/5 — Ótimo aplicativo.

*2026-07-23*

Esse aplicativo tem acertado todos os meus ciclos. Já uso há 7 meses e está super atendendo.
