Please address our concerns by adding search feature for the app. Also, I hate instacart. They are a terrible company with terrible customer service and will refuse to use their services. However, if you link your inventory to your app, I may obliged. ### 2/5 — Not Very Useful *2026-06-20, version 3.1.5* The only thing about this app that I could possibly consider using (but probably won’t) is to check on promotions. What I expect from a store app that I will actually use (not present here) is the ability to check if something I want is in stock, what aisle it’s in, and the ability to order it. I don’t need to go into further detail because there are already many reviews here, far more articulate than mine, that do. ### 2/5 — Product finder with prices gets lost *2026-05-28* Every time I go to find a product, I can find the product but then when I want to see what the price is, I have to login to my Power account so I log into my Power account and then I can’t figure out how to get back to find the product with the price on it. It’s a vicious circle and you should have a link to find the product in your end Power account but you don’t you can just read about the story of Natural Grocers. Talk about your products, but you can’t find the product with the price and I get tired of it and it makes the app really difficult to use. I hope you guys can get that fixed because it’s very very very very very very frustrating. Thanks. I love your products. You have to do it through their website. There’s also info about the ad sales and the products they are highlighting. Again no links to see if it’s at the store and check pricing. Please update this! Try to set it up again and it says "you are already in our system". If that's the case why can't I login? So disappointing. Most of my interactions with the Natural Grocers website are with the product finder, but it’s so clunky and inconvenient to use. If they added it to the app it would make it worth downloading. I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded it 2 times, reset my password, and nothing. Please fix this issue. I love natural grocers and their products, but they need to get with the times and update their app and website. I’ve spent thousands of dollars here and always put in my number- yet that doesn’t show. I can “clip” the coupons .05% back is more of a hassle than a reward- and the person at the register never knows how to apply it. So I’ve never actually been able to use any coupons or receive and money off for “putting in my phone number” or “clipping coupons”. This app is a failure and needs serious improvement. It’d be nice to actually be able to use the coupons with ease and not have to be a Karen that needs a manager- only to be told it can’t be used and there’s nothing they can do. Bring back how natural grocers use to be… before they started pushing their own brands so much and really helped out their customers. The people working in the stores arnt the problem. The people running the company are. However, after repeated attempts over a year, this app just glitches out and will not let me access it. Love the store bummer of an app. ### 1/5 — Useless *2026-06-11* I can’t even create an account. It asks to choose a location. I get an error.. Then when I close the error pop-up. I try to put in information of my location and I get nothing. I even tried putting in other locations and still nothing. If you can’t put in your location, it does not allow you to create an account. So sick of this needing an app to do grocery shopping nowadays. Tried to reach customer service online and they do not respond. Useless app with no support. Not even worth considering. I shop at Natural Grocers a lot, so the reward system here really is helpful. I truly appreciate the coupons, and how easy it is to use them on the app. I’m also very interested in the fact that they have pages where I can access all of the back issues of their health, hotline magazine, as well as over 400 recipes, and then share them to my friends and family. There’s room for improvement, like any app, but just the fact that this exists is a good thing. On top of all that, I’d love to suggest a couple of things that they could add. I like the fact that there is a bingo game where you buy things to fill in the letters. However, I think they could go very far with sales and education if they created a quiz game that rewards you with coupons. I’ve also taken notice that other companies have shows on their apps to advertise their products and their missions. I would love to see such shows on this app, and I would totally play a game where I buy certain items or buy a certain amount during a certain time if it meant more and more episodes, not just so that I can watch them, but so that kids can watch them as well. Families might shop with the company more if they did it to unlock entertaining and educational content for their children. ### 5/5 — Waste *2025-06-14, version 2.6.0* Useless.
