Why won’t it let me sign in or create a new account? Is the company still around or have they phased this out? Please bring it back, I can’t tell you how many people I have told about how amazing in incredible detail this app is. I would even join the marketing team if that was an option. Can’t get over the fact that the first few screens I encountered was to enter my name, and when I did enter my non-English name with accents on it, it says “please enter a valid name.” Communicates who built the app and with whom it is built in mind somewhat loudly, not lovely. ### 2/5 — Ok concept, nice design, but definite flaws *2022-07-21, version 1.0.37* Cool design with the app, somewhat easy to navigate. However, you are supposed to get $15 for referring someone once they place their first order through the app. Well, I referred a friend using my link. They made their first purchase and I did not receive $15 for the referral. I tried reaching out, but of course, their customer service is non-existent. I haven’t had problems receiving order but sometimes the customer supports are kind of lacky. They also have problems with order tracking, their estimated delivery dates are much much later than it actually is. These people will take your money and send you nothing. If you give them a second chance they’ll do the same thing again. I ordered through them and the item never showed so I repeatedly contacted them before I would get a response that wasn’t an excuse. I never got refunded for either order. Just their so called “credit” for the first order and it couldn’t even be used for anything I realized only after I already had placed a second order that never showed up. And after repeated attempts at trying to get either a replacement (which they refused to give me) or getting any of my money back I gave up. Lesson learned but at least maybe this review will help someone else from losing their money. Don’t use this app or you will get your money taken and no merchandise to show for it ### 3/5 — Basically good but… *2022-06-03, version 1.0.35* Natural provides me a good service like Amazon prime! However… I placed order after I changed my credit card then they put my account on hold without any notice. They have asked me to “update email address “, “send your ID”, “send your credit card “ one by one over the days. It is weird. I don’t know why I should change my email address. They didn't update anything until I contacted them via chat, "I've been over XX days since then. I haven't heard anything." But what tipped the scale was when they blocked my account supposedly because of high return rate (it wasn’t) and wouldn’t unblock unless I would get on a call with their manager. I outright refused to do that, but the worst part is that all of the points, including the ones that I received for refunding an item, became frozen in my account.
