The zoom option is stopping the reading, selecting an option button, select zoom, close the zoom box so you are able to center the box so you can read along. Furthermore, it’s tricky to highlight more then one sentence at a time and once highlighted, it is hard to read and need to zoom in even more again fighting with where you want to be reading at. ### 4/5 — Um bom app *2026-08-19* O aplicativo é bom, executa sua função apenas com uma falha, que é no começo de um capitulo para outro, ele costuma ter uma confusão. Mais da super pra usar, facilita muito na leitura de livros e trabalhos ### 3/5 — i LOVE this app but updates have caused issues *2026-08-15, version 9.45* i’ve spent over 1,000 hours using this app during the past year (yep, hours every day) and more with the website. i’ve read hundreds of books this way and i’m at about 600 words per minute. Genuinely one of my favorite and most used apps now. unfortunately recent updates to the app have really messed it up. now it’ll visually skip around to random pages and i can’t get back to where it’s reading, and it doesn’t have the button that used to be there to take you back to your place. that’s the most annoying thing by far. the app itself skips 30 pages down and will keep moving through random pages (the reading itself keeps going, sometimes repeating the same sentence 2-4 times but otherwise where it should be) and won’t let me get back to where it should be without quitting the app. this happens constantly and it’s really annoying :( ### 5/5 — Best tool for voiceover *2026-08-07, version 9.45* I love this app. ### 2/5 — It would be better if the subscription wasn’t overpriced *2026-08-07, version 9.45* $20 a month is an absurd price. Doesn’t work for every article, depending on what kind of capcha technologies are on the site, but for open articles, it seems to be great. I find it handy to listen to many news articles that I either don’t have time to read or just when I’m on the go. It’ll bring back up where you were…most of the time….but it can be annoying. While frustrating, and I can deal with the fact that it makes many errors in reading if a sentence is broken across the lines, one of the most frustrating fact is it just would not read parts or skip part of the text. Often when I try to select a part where to start, it would just take me to the other page, I have to restart the app over and over. It still gives me error. Pages got mixed up and so often it just stopped working saying that we needed to upgrade. And even when it did work it said we had our limit to what we could put into it. It was a very frustrating application. ### 1/5 — glitchy and unhelpful support *2026-07-27, version 9.45* This used to be my favorite TTS app. I thought the subscriptions were a bit pricey, especially since even the Plus and Pro plans have character limits, but I really appreciated the fact that you can edit pronunciations and that there are bilingual Mandarin + English voices. The app is very glitchy; a lot of times it does not start reading from where you tap and instead jumps to some other part of the text. But I was okay with not having as much QoL stuff because I liked the voices and that you could download audio. But recently I lost access to my subscription despite still paying for it, and when I tried to contact support I was given the exact same instructions that are already on the FAQ page, which I obviously already followed (and said this to the representatives I spoke to). I was told it was an issue with the iOS app store, but none of my other subscriptions are behaving in this way.
