When used in conjunction with the smart remote control Nature Remo, it is also possible to automatically control home appliances in accordance with electricity consumption. -Nature Remo E（Remo-3W1） Full model compatible with ECHONET Lite for smart meter, solar panel, storage battery, V2H, smart distribution board, EcoCute. -Nature Remo E lite（Remo-4W1） Entry-level model that can be connected only to a smart meter and can monitor electricity consumption Privacy policy : https://terms.nature.global/en/privacy/ Terms of Use: https://terms.nature.global/en/ Subscription Service Terms of Use: https://terms.nature.global/en/subscription/ ## Key features - Remote appliance control - Energy management - Automation features - Monitor electricity usage - Control smart home devices - Integrates with Nature Remo ## Pricing and in-app purchases Base price: Free. **Subscriptions** | Subscription | Price | Period | | --- | --- | --- | | EcoCute automation | $1.99 | per month | | Market Linked Automations | $0.99 | per month | ## Recent user reviews (10 of 30) All indexed reviews: https://appshunter.io/ios/app/nature-home/id1193531669/reviews.md ### 3/5 — 湿度について *2026-07-12* 温度の校正値は0.1単位なのに湿度は5%単位だと、家の温度湿度計に合わせにくいです。 うちは湿度が高い家で湿度を細かく知りたい為、1%単位に変更して欲しいです。 外出中など遠隔でエアコンの除湿などすることが有りざっくりだとちょっと困っています…。 あと、オートメーションの機能も70%までしか設定が出来ません。 70%が割と普通に日々コンスタント出てしまう家も有ります。 梅雨の時期などは尚更です。 こちらも80%や90%など設定出来ると嬉しいです。 オートメーション使いたいのです現在は70%が上限の為手動で操作しており、少し面倒です。 出来ればオートメーション使いたいです！ ですが、現在でも日々本当に便利に使わせて頂いてます。 もし可能でしたら設定の温度変更よろしくお願いいたします（ ; ; ） ### 1/5 — 繋がらない原因が不明、不親切 *2026-06-20* 謎のエラーコードだけ吐く不良品です。この会社の商品は買わない方がいいと思います。セーブデータ消せないレトロゲーム以下です。なぜこの時代にそんな欠陥品を売り出せるのかが不明。 2021年頃に購入し、引っ越しまで問題なく使用していました。 今回、引っ越しに伴いWi-Fiを再設定しようとしたところ、何時間試しても接続できませんでした。 使用環境はドコモ home 5G HR02です。 ・2.4GHz（HR02a）を選択 ・アプリ再インストール ・iPhone再起動 ・本体リセット ・再設定を複数回実施 上記を試しましたが、 「iOS内部エラー」 「ネットワークエラー（15t4c1r1）」 など意味不明なエラーが表示されるだけで、原因は一切分かりません。 Wi-Fi一覧には2.4GHzのSSIDが表示されているため、Wi-Fiを認識できていないわけではありません。それにもかかわらず接続できず、エラー内容からも何が悪いのか判断できませんでした。 2021年発売クラスの製品が、2026年時点の一般的な家庭用ルーター環境で再設定できないのであれば大きな問題だと思います。 普段は使えていましたが、引っ越しやルーター交換時の再設定のしやすさは非常に重要です。 少なくとも今回の経験からは、初心者にはおすすめできません。 サポート情報やエラー表示も不親切で、トラブル発生時の切り分けが困難でした。 今後は別メーカー製品を使います。 ### 4/5 — 便利で多機能、でも時々反応鈍い？ *2026-05-16* Nature Remo 3を使い始めて間もなく2年。照明器具やエアコンなど、快適性・セキュリティに関わる電気器具の操作が外出先からでも簡単にでき、さらにQrio Lockとも連動させて戸締まりの管理も可能なため、今では生活に欠かせない道具の1つになっています。 敢えて使いにくい点を挙げるとすれば、Qrio機能の動作が全体的に重めであること。Qrio自社製のアプリと紐付け動作していることが原因ではないかと思えるのですが、解錠操作が一通り終わるまで次の操作に移れない（Natureアプリが一時的に固まったようになる）など、操作性に関わる部分の煮詰めがもう一つのように感じます。 そしてこちらは私からの要望ですが、コントロールキーへ個別にフラグ（キーの配色変更等）を付けられる機能があると、操作性がより向上すると思いました。私は季節に応じたエアコン動作キーをコントロール画面上へ複数設定しており、日々の気象変化を読みながらキー配列を変えて使用しているため、配列を変える前の感覚でキーを操作して「あ、間違えた」となってしまうパターン（玄関ドアを解錠するつもりが冷房ONにしてしまった、など）が結構あります。バージョンアップ時にぜひご検討をお願いします。 ### 5/5 — 対応の素早さに感謝です *2025-12-11* スマートホーム系のデバイスが発売され、他社製品を使っていましたが、VoiceOverに一切対応しておらず使いにくいものでした。ネイチャーに出会ってVoiceOverの対応率がものすごく高かったのにもう少しと言うところだったのですが、サポートチームに連絡したらすぐに対応していただき大変嬉しく使っておりましたが、ここ最近追加の部分でVoiceOverでは動作しない部分が出ており、またサポートさんに対応をお願いしたところまた快く引き受けてくださり、迅速な対応で家電の追加がまたできるようになりました。柔軟なサポート体制に本当に嬉しくてたまりません。感謝の一言です。他者性では絶対にありえない対応速度だと感じました。 あえて1つを言うならば、家電を追加する際に、リモコンのいずれかのボタンを押した後、電源ボタンをタップして反応するかどうかのテストの時に実際タップしなければならない部分と電源と読み上げる部分が1つずれており、これに気づかなければ、電源を押しても動作しないと言うご認識が生まれると感じました。この辺うまく調整していただければ、少なくとも視覚障害者にとって扱いやすいものとなると感じています。今後とも長いお付き合いになりそうです。よろしくお願いします。 ### 1/5 — Now demands my location *2025-11-05, version 55.2.1* It’s a remote for my AC. It doesn’t need it. ### 3/5 — SwitchBotから移行した感想 *2025-10-08* ⭕️エアコン等のリモコンのプリセットが豊富。 特にエアコンについては、UIが綺麗で、直感的に操作しやすい。 ⭕️Nature RemoがセントラルとしてBLE機器を操作できるように、機器拡張マクロが提供されている。 （ペリフェラルとしては使えない） 試行錯誤は必要だが、拡張性が期待できる。 ⭕️Qrio Lockと連携することで、Qrio Hubを購入することなく、外出先から開閉状態の確認や遠隔解錠/施錠ができる。 ❌オートメーションを組むとき、トリガー設定に複数条件を組み合わせられないパターンがある。 例えばNature Remo Lapisの温湿度センサーを用いたい時に、温度と湿度の両方をAND/OR等論理を組み合わせてトリガー条件として設定できない。 この点では、明らかにSwitchBotよりも劣る。 ❌システムに組み込めるような人感センサーや照度センサー等を単体で販売していないため、SwitchBotと比較するとカスタマイズ性に劣る。 最上位モデルを購入すればよいが、Matter規格非対応。 API等使えばやりようはあるだろうが、個人的にはその時点でハードルは高いと考える。 ### 2/5 — 競合他社品と比べ動作の信頼性は高いがアプリの作り込みが甘い *2025-05-08* ●SwitchBotと比べ良い所 ・ SwitchBotはシーンの実行中ミスをすることがあるが、本製品はない。 ・SwitchBotはリモコンの学習に失敗することが多いが、本製品は一回で学習できる。 ●SwitchBotと比べ悪い所 ・シーンは10回分の動作しか設定できない。ブルーレイレコーダーの録画モード切り替えなど操作回数が多いものを連続実行するため、少なくとも20回は欲しいところ。 ・シーンの設定内容の順番変更や追加ができない。追加・変更する場合は最初からの再設定が必要で面倒。 ・プリセットされたリモコンボタン信号の再設定ができない。 総じて、動作の信頼性は高いがアプリの作り込みが甘いため使い勝手が悪い。 現状はメインとしてSwitchBotを使っているが、あと少しの改善でメインとして使えるようになると思う。 ### 1/5 — バグを直して欲しい *2025-04-07* かれこれ1年半利用しています。率直に言うと最低の機能は使えるけどバグもあり花がないと言うところです。 各データ一覧のところでカレンダーを押し任意の日付に遡ろうとするとロードのぐるぐるが出て止まらず以後何も操作できません。毎回ではないですがかなりの頻度で発生しています。 他にもいくつか気になる点はありますが、そのうち特に気になっているのがアプリがレジュームの状態だと、グラフのデータが最新のデータに更新されないことで、やむなく毎回アプリをスワイプして終了するようにしています。 また、各データ一覧で、1時間ごとの電力量に10Wh以下の端数が出ますが本当にこれでいいのか疑問です(電力会社のページのデータでは最小桁は100Whに丸められています)。 電力会社によっては料金計算の月の初めが1日ではないことのもあるので1ヵ月の期間をユーザが設定できれば良いなと思います。 さらに電力使用のグラフを拡大できる(スパンを1時間とか10分にする)ようになればもっと魅力的になるように思います。 ### 1/5 — 想定より使えない *2025-02-19* Nature remo E ホーム画面で電力分かるが結構時間差ある 蓄電池等の残量表示がなく不便 エコキュートも表示すべき まず電力表示が低めに出るのか分からないがニチコンの蓄電池満充電で7.4kWhが2年ちょっとで6.4kWhまで下手ってるのだろうか リーフもリーフスパイで19.3kWhが17.4kWhの表示でどっちが正確なのか分からないが低めに出る　コネクタロックを自動化したかったがトリガー項目が少ない 買電と売電のトリガーしかない 放電電力と蓄電池残量もトリガーにしたかった EVの放電は低負荷だと極めて効率悪い だから蓄電池放電が高負荷のときにトリガーしてセサミボットを制御してコネクタロックするつもりが出来なかった 太陽光で蓄電池がそこそこ貯まったらトリガーしてコネクタロックもしたかった エコキュートもオートメーションで時間制御くらいできるようにしてほしい 他社のHEMS見るエコミニだとできる エアコンとかもhemsに対応してれば繋いで消費電力見える化出来ると思ったがそれも出来ない ### 5/5 — Easy to use *2024-11-10, version 46.0.3* I use this app on iPhone and iPad to control our AC and some cheap string lights. Because of the way Apple Home works, only on/off is possible. For every other button/setting, integration with Apple Shortcuts is possible, and in turn Siri commands. What I’d like to see is the possibility to use this app on macOS, so I can run shortcuts from there.
