It added the time clock and will not keep playing if you turn on the iPhone as it has night before last and every night in the past bunch of years. I counted on this to help me stay asleep throughout the night. Extremely disappointed. ### 1/5 — Rip off, read full review *2019-08-31* I love the selection of sounds, much more than in other apps. The blizzard wind sounds a bit like "ghosts" to me, it could be tweeked. I did not like, however, the fact that Google popped an ad up the first time I opened it. I dismissed it but I was not aware of this feature when I downloaded so I will have to see if I can live with that. I would pay .99 cents to have an ad free version. Up date: I paid 0.99 for this AP to avoid the ads and now it won’t play b/c it gives me a message that the developer needs to work on it for this version of the iPhone and my only other choice is to delete it. You can only set one alarm, which is really annoying for me and very different from other apps that I you can leave several alarm options open on to use whenever you want. The second issue I have with it relates to the first, you can’t close the app out if you want to use the alarm! So it will let you set a single alarm but it’s almost set up like a stop watch as you have to leave it open and just turn your phone face down while you sleep. That makes this app impossible to use if you ever want to remind yourself of something during the day or even just to be able to set the alarm for the next morning before doing other things on your phone. ### 3/5 — Limited options *2021-04-27, version 3.0.2* The sounds are quality recordings, my dogs reaction to the animal sounds is a good indication of that. But it would be nice to have more rain options without the thunder, such as lite and medium rain, the alley rain isn’t very soothing. As well it would be nice to be able to mix the available sounds into a custom soundscape.
