This could be such a great app but at $80 and misrepresentation about 4K video, I’m canceling my subscription. BTW I tried this on the newest iPad Pro, Apple TV 4K, 2025 LG OLED TV, and gaming PC - NO 4K playback! ### 2/5 — Long video stopped playing after a few hours *2025-08-07* Tried a whole week and play video and playlist every night. Almost every time video stopped at some point and I found out in the morning. The play button is still active (not paused) but the video won’t play and stopped. The screen can also become not responsive in some instances Would be great if it can play through long hours without problem. Absolutely Stunning and Breath Taking Videos. Video Cast or Mirror to your TV and be mesmerized for hours and hours. They also publish fresh new content regularly. First time I didn't mind waiting. They were showing one of the underwater programs, and my wife and I enjoy SCUBA diving so it was really special. After checking into this content further, I was more than happy to subscribe to the service. I have it running on the TV in my office, play it on my 4K TV in the living room for a truly stunning experience, and will also view on my iPad when traveling. This is a very worthwhile purchase and I will continue to tell people about it. The subscription is well worth it since I don’t get the distracting YouTube recommendations or ads. I checked the help documentation and it says the app doesn’t support some TVs that have Chromecast built in and that there is no published list of those TVs - you have to message them for your specific TV. The fact I had to dig around to find that out rather than being told up front, before I purchased a subscription, seems sleezy. I’ve requested a refund. ### 1/5 — No support; paid $80 and can’t login *2022-10-29, version 7.702.1* I purchased an $80 annual on-demand subscription but it rejects my password, can’t reset password because the email request to reset never arrived and I’ve tried repeatedly over the course of several days with no response. I even tried a different email address that is used by my PayPal and still can’t login, and no email address verification arrived. I’ve tried emailing and texting support with no response. I’m filing a claim with PayPal for a refund. ### 1/5 — Videos don’t play in 4K *2022-10-28, version 7.702.1* 4K Video is advertised by the vendor of this app. But not only are the majority of videos on the app NOT captured in 4k — the ones that are captured in 4k don’t playback in 4k inside the app! With Apple family sharing, my 3 sons and husband can use it to. My boys love traveling to different places around the world each night as they fall asleep to the calming music. I am also a massage therapist and play this music while massaging clients. I have tired many clients into this app as well as they always ask where this music is from. We have the apps videos and music on our tv in the background as well because we have Apple TV. This app has helped myself and my family with anxiety and creates a peaceful atmosphere for us all. It’s great when we cannot get outside due to weather or other circumstances as well, being able to see nature on the TV is better than nothing! Thank you for creating this app!
