My favorite “sound” is the crackling fire. You can hear an owl in the background. I just loaded the app and after testing out the sounds I don’t think I will keep it. I’ll give it a try at night but it didn’t sound promising. Disappointing. Ok. I put on one of the sounds and almost fell asleep sitting up on the couch, I was fighting the sleep. I love using the app for falling asleep, but sometimes I use it just to calm done and relieve stress. I got the idea to download it from my friend. She had it and turned it on in the car and it was soo relaxing so I downloaded it.
