I understand the basic concept of adding sounds together or having them on their own but it’s not very accessible with the voice-over I have an Apple iPhone 8 but I could certainly help you with developing it so the tags for the buttons are read clearly by voice-over. It certainly got potential but for the moment not for the blind community. So to give you a basic understanding, when you double tap each icon it should appear and of course when there are drop-down buttons/options you can flick up and down so that is still possible but to make the App usable you could certainly implement these for future releases.
