Be sure that you go to your iPads settings, then go to Photos, then go to Nature Wallpapers and Backgrounds, then switch on to accept the photos you choose. The wallpapers will then automatically store on your photo roll. The wallpaper can be changed under "Wallpaper" under your iPads settings.
