I like that the app gives me options to choose possible pictures to identify the flower, but unfortunately it did not identify the flower.  However, I’m having problems with most apps not being able to identify this particular flower. I will test it further to see if it can identify some common flowers.

**Developer response:** Hi, thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you like the idea and the way the app suggests possible matches. Some plants can be quite difficult to identify, especially if they’re less common or the image isn’t very clear.
We’re continuously improving our identification system and expanding our database, so results should get better over time. Please feel free to test it with other plants, and if you’d like, you can share the specific flower with us—we’d love to take a closer look and improve our accuracy.

All my phone pictures ended in this app.  All I wanted was one flower picture. I’ve tried to get the pictures off but cannot. 
I want the company to assist me to be sure my pictures are out of the public’s hands NOW.

Our app only uses the photo you select for plant identification — it doesn’t access all your phone pictures.

Also, your photos are never shared or uploaded. The app keeps everything on your device, and there’s no option to share images from the app.

If you’re still having trouble, we’d be happy to help further. Just let us know!

Just not even worth the time. They make a flower app that’s really BAD. You choose red for color and it shows you a page of what “ red” is, like you are 2 years old, no flowers. Why???

We’re sorry the experience didn’t meet your expectations. The page you saw after selecting “red” is part of our scientific identification feature, which helps users identify plants by answering simple trait-based questions (like color, leaf shape, etc.).

If you prefer a faster method, our app also includes a photo identification feature — just upload a picture, and the app will suggest possible matches automatically.

We appreciate your input and are always working to make the app clearer and more user-friendly.
