El aplicativo para iniciar el proceso de incorporación de clientes (en adelante, el “aplicativo” o “PIC”) constituye una herramienta a través de la cual tanto las personas (en adelante, “Usuario/s”) que deseen contratar con Naturgy BAN, S.A. (en adelante, Naturgy o la Distribuidora) la prestación del servicio de gas natural por redes como los gasistas matriculados (en adelante, “Matriculado/s”) interesados en ejecutar instalaciones internas de viviendas, comercios y/o industrias en el área de Naturgy, deberán registrase para poder gestionar y recibir solicitudes a través del PIC. Registración Tanto el Usuario como el Matriculado deberán registrarse en el aplicativo completando los datos que se requieren en el “Formulario de Registración”. A este fin tienen que proveer información verdadera y actualizada, siendo cada uno de ellos responsable por la veracidad de los datos suministrados. Naturgy no confirma la identidad declarada por el Usuario. No podrán registrarse en el aplicativo como Matriculados aquellas personas que revistan el carácter de empleados o desempeñen tareas encomendadas por Naturgy o empresas contratadas por la Distribuidora.
