So if I want to order something I have to do it from the main page. Update 11/11/2024: After sending several emails asking for a refund, and explaining that clearly that I wont be calling customs nor paying customs taxes I received this bold response: “ Once the order has been returned, we will proceed to refund.” Be transparent about your hidden fees from the start!! I will escalate that to consumers complaints center. Everyone who had the same experience should do the same and report we’re being ripped off, we’re asked to pay hidden fees, and they put the blame on US customs.
