I download the app, attempt to sign in and keep receiving the error “Login Credentials not recognised”. I then try to reset password in app, tells me there’s an error and to contact customer service. Also not many things in the app to be confused, so it’s good in the beginning. Appreciate that getting all the payments in the next working day by the 6am unlike other competitors at the eod. When it comes to taking the payments, it frustrates a lot. I am using it to take payments for my taxi. When initiating the payment it taking lot of time which frustrates both passenger and me. After taking the payment also, it’s taking lot longer to check whether it succeeded or not. It is really handy to take payments in the mobile only but things like this can easily be fixed by the team. Been using this since last 6 months, it’s hard to choose other provider. Please fix.
