Literally every time I open the app, I have to log in again, which makes it very cumbersome when trying to board a bus. The EcoPass should be implemented as a pass in the Wallet app. Hopefully that is something that can be implemented, or at least the app is fixed to keep me signed in. I’m also bummed that I can’t load my faculty ID card to my Wallet app like the students have access to. It would be great to use my phone to get into my building during off hours. Hopefully that’s coming sooner rather than later. ### 2/5 — Shop *2014-02-13, version 2.0* As an alum I need the shop, I need to customize my phone with and NAU theme. Look at the other universities see what they have for their app and do the same . ### 3/5 — Transit & iPhone 5 compatibility *2012-11-25, version 1.2* The app is not 100% correct when and where the bus is. Also the app is not updated for the iPhone 5 so it doesn't use the full screen. ### 3/5 — The transit *2012-11-06, version 1.2* The transit section of the app has been faulty since I came to nau. The time display for bus arrival is super convenient and to have it back would be great. ### 3/5 — Aright, but... *2011-11-10, version 1.0* Needs lots more. Campus events! Campus dining menus! Resource links for off campus students! And most importantly, an iPad format. A good attempt but still lots needed before they try to start marketing it. ### 1/5 — Weak Attempt *2011-11-05, version 1.0* This is a very weak attempt at creating a campus app. Maps are not up to date. Very poor graphics and interface for the iPad. I look forward to seeing updates with lots of improvements. Get rid of the donation link - very lame. man ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Worst App Ever *2024-10-17, version 6.1.7* I only use this app to check the busses and where buildings are and it’s not useful for even those functions. You cant scroll around or zoom in on the map at all. When looking for a building or a bus stop, every time you move or zoom on the map, it resets your location to show the entire campus. It’s not useful to see that your building is somewhere in the general NAU campus, I need to be able to zoom in and see how to get there. Same with bus stops. ### 1/5 — Hotel California *2020-12-11, version 6.0* The app allows you to sign out, but it immediately signs you back in. I’m deleting the app until that’s fixed. ### 1/5 — Map *2018-08-29, version 4.1* Map doesn’t work (hasn’t worked since last semester). It says that the map cannot load. ### 1/5 — Doesn't work *2017-02-25, version 2.72* Specifically the dinning portion never works. Won't open. Easier to use safari ### 1/5 — Comical *2014-10-07, version 2.3* I know universities have the stereotype of having outdated websites and apps, but NAU takes the cake. This app is so unorganized, it's laughable. A CHIMP could make a better app. Hilarious. ### 1/5 — Louie completely inoperable *2014-10-02, version 2.3* After sign in to louie, "page not found" is shown, no access. Please fix. ### 1/5 — Transit still doesn't work *2014-09-30, version 2.3* Doesn't work on the iPhone 5, transit doesn't even show buses, lots of the app is off the screen on the iPhone 5 and is unusable. Could be great with the problems fixed, but it definitely isn't. ### 1/5 — "Update" *2013-05-18, version 1.4* The new update has made me decide to delete the app. Before it was functional as a bus route tracker, but the new "Transloc" version it claims to include is actually a stripped down interface with only NAU owned buses. The city route that cuts through campus is not even included! ### 1/5 — Bblearn? *2013-01-24, version 1.3* This app had a bblearn component which I used daily to check syllabi and download the power points now its gone. This app is kind of useless now without it ### 1/5 — Useless without Louie and BBLearn access *2013-01-24, version 1.3* Was semi-useful when it had BBLearn access, now that's gone and getting the feature back requires paying the company that owns BBLearn almost a hundred dollars a year. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Works when I need it to, great support *2019-11-21, version 4.5* The app does the basic functions I need it to, such as clocking in/out, etc. But more importantly, when I had a problem, the support staff were incredibly helpful finding the bug and fixing it (not user error for once!) ### 5/5 — Awesome app!! *2011-11-09, version 1.0* Great way to see what's on tap at NAU. Easy to use. However, sometimes it doesn’t appear, and I end up closing the application. Could you fix the issue so that the loading indicator always appears at the center of the page? ### 4/5 — Great app, slow at times *2019-11-12, version 4.4* I love this app. I use it to check dining hours and ingredients lists and I also use it at work to check and submit my timesheet. It’s super useful and the notifications are actually not as annoying as I thought they’d be. The app can be slow at times, which can be a bit of a problem if I’m trying to punch in or out, but otherwise I have no complaints ### 4/5 — Pretty good *2016-02-16, version 2.53* The app lets you do most of what you want.
