Also Naukri charge extra for searching candidate whereas the other app don’t charge the same. Tried contacting their customer service twice but they got me to hold the call and then after a few mins cut the call. Not able to edit the job posted as well. I email and no response in 8 days. I called and the customer care rep Sayan said no email received. He seemed in no mood of help. Email Id confirmed, resent and email sent from different Id as well. But same response no email received. Tone was not rude and leaving me helpless. After pushing he said I will email you. Until that he kept saying I haven’t received anything. Please add their answers in the app too. It is a major decision making tool for a recruiter.
