Missing add ons and way too few toppings for yacht size bowls is super disappointing given the prices we’re paying. Gave direct feedback as well and haven’t heard a word from management. The one time I had a mixup at Chaska they were so quick to make it right. Worst app I've used. *2025-06-13* I hope this user review is valuable to your app designers. WAY too many clicks to reorder the same thing almost every day. First, I click on order history from the drop down. Then it shows pending orders, so I click order history. It lists them oldest first, so I scroll all the way down. Right now, there's a defect where it doesn't show up n cart. Even when that works, I click the cart and then go to check out. There is then a defect in the time selection. I choose asap but I get an error message. I choose a new time. Then I go to check out and every time, it gives me an error message for the credit card and asks me to enter the CVV number. I do that and hit check out again. Again, I write this not to complain but to help. When I sign in, it directs me to register. When I register, it says my email address is already in use. It tells me to go back and forth, and never lets me register. Frustrating. After weeks of hoping the problem would resolve itself, I tried registering with a different email address. This time it worked but I cannot correct my email address in the app. I see other people with similar issues. This is not a user error. Best wishes receiving rewards. I have visited several times in the past week. My favorite is the Paddle Bowl. What a great combination of flavors! The app was hard to find.
